The indulging is over

In opulence, the resplendent occasion was ladled out as if it were to be the last. Even though the next moment of lust was within reach, the day of tomorrow was not in mind.

The space is depleted, the guests are gone. Voices and traces of what has been are still echoing in the atmosphere. Only the feeling of satiation and loneliness are now possessing the room together with the conflict between prosperity and waste.
